Not bad for the money
reviewed on: 11/16/2018 by AnonymousFirst of all the price was what drew me to move to Bayside Terrace. I have found the food service to be only tolerable. The tables are not as clean as they could be. I always bring wet wipes to dining room with me and I wash down my place. The service is good sometimes but most times it is not. Last dinner service I arrived at a table and it had not yet been cleaned off from the person before me. The server took my order and then delivered my meal before cleaning away the dirty dishes. Many times they will completely forget to bring silverware until our plate has set there and the food has gotten cold. I do have a nice clean room and hope to get VA benefits soon so that I can afford a little better.

reviewed on: 05/24/2017 by AnonymousThis community is understaffed and they are doing the best they can. The housekeeping is a weak link, however they are working on trying to improve this. The food is good and they offer a really good variety of choices. The memory care dining room is not as nice as the assisted living one. They are short on activities. They do have a secure yard so the residents can go outside. I would say for the money this is about as much as you are going to get.

reviewed on: 10/05/2020 by Margaret ParkerThere has been no cases of COVID at Bayside Terrace, they are doing a very good job of keeping us safe. It felt like home to me when I walk through the doors and it still does. I like the people here a lot and we now have a very thorough director, we are very lucky to have her. I am also very impressed with my apartment quality and size. I am very happy with where I am.
