Great place, great staff, friendly residents and staff
reviewed on: 01/16/2019 by Patti CSpringHills Assisted Living at Hunter’s Creek is the perfect place for my mom. It is a safe clean environment. The dining room, activity room, beauty parlor, library etc are very accessible and comfortable spaces. The staff are friendly and eager to meet and exceed your expectations. Lots of activities to keep people engaged and active like Bingo, Bible study, exercises, crafts, musical programs from community clubs, and so much more. The menu is diverse and changes weekly with special items. The dining room staff are friendly and take the time to encourage people to eat. Really from the front receptionist to all the staff you can feel the care and sense of family. Nurses are on staff 24/7 and residents are checked on during the day and at night. My mom feels very happy to be in this warm and friendly place.

reviewed on: 11/14/2020 by Jim LaRoccaMy parents seem to be very happy and feel at home at Spring Hills Hunters Creek. I have always enjoyed the daily activities and entertainment pre-covid. Now they are starting up some activities and doing the morning exercise this week! I have a open communication with executive director, the resident concierge, nurses, doctors, even housekeeping! I can call any time of day or night to speak to someone I need to. That is real important to me as my mom calls me, then I call them and ask to my parents aid. [Name removed] the concierge is always willing to help anyone possible even if it's to turn up the volume on her phone so that she can hear Thank you all team at Spring Hills Hunters Creek.
Glad we found you
reviewed on: 11/30/2014 by GJ & Lisa Barus-GunningWe checked out several assisted living facilities and found Spring Hills Hunters Creek to be the best match for my mom. She will be moving in this month.\\r\\n\\r\\nWe are very impressed with the restaurant like approach to dining for the residents. Mos t places only had 2 entree choices, while the menu here that changes weekly, has over 15 made to order entree choices. It is more like going to a restaurant than a school cafeteria. \\r\\n\\r\\nThe staff longevity is impressive! \\r\\n\\r\\nEveryone is very friendly and helpful, starting at reception as you enter the front door.\\r\\n\\r\\nA special thank you and recognition to Teri Richardson, Community Relations Counselor, who answered all of our many questions.\\r\\n\\r\\nWe would also like to thank Karen Decker, the Executive Director, for making herself available for any issues and the maintenance/engineering staff for helping make my mom's new place a home.
