Review of Spring Hills Hunters Creek
reviewed on: 11/10/2020 by Norma WeissDuring the pandemic the staff has gone out of their way to meet our every need. I am particularly impressed with preventative measures they have taken to keep us safe. With many prayers for our safety and the staff care we have had no virus cases. We are very thankful.

reviewed on: 11/10/2020 by Anna NennaMy mother has been a resident at Spring Hill Hunters Creek for several years. She considers at home and loves the staff. We Look forward to the day where she can fully enjoy the benefits that she had as in the past, such as dining in the dining room with a full menu option, the guests entertainers, the group outings. In the meantime, however ,there is no other place I would rather have my mother reside. Through my husband's line of work we have seen how senior facilities across the country are responding to the challenges brought about the pandemic.[name removed] has an extraordinary job of keeping the resident safe while also maintaining the quality of life. Additionally, clear communication and timely updates are provided to be nice. I am truly grateful that my mother, whom I love dearly, is able to call Spring Hills Hunter Creek her home.
Highly recommend
reviewed on: 11/07/2016 by Meryl RachlinMy mom moved into Spring hills just over a year ago. She is turning 91 in overall good health with the exception of mild dementia and the use of a walker due to having had a broken femur about a year before moving in.... She LOVES it at Spring Hill. We are all impressed by the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the building. My mom likes the food a lot and she has gained 30 pounds having gone from a size 8 to petite 14...I don't care...she should enjoy eating at this point in her life. The social activities she engages in mostly and seems to attend all the religious services (shes not religious!) and always has a million books from the library in her room. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They don't go on too many interesting trips but I guess they do not get a lot of response to go on them when they are offered by the residents. The rooms are all very bright and cheerful. Overall I am extremely pleased how this has worked out for us. Very nice place with good care and smiling faces. I would recommend!
Staff exceeds my expectations continually
reviewed on: 08/26/2020 by AnonymousIf we could give Spring Hills community 6 gold stars out of 5 we would. Due to COVID we haven't been able to go inside, but from the looks of it, it seems to be kept very clean. Since the residents have to social distance, the staff comes by each and everyone's room with arts and crafts, as well as exercise videos they can have. They even set up window visits for families to come see their loved ones. The communication between the staff, the residents, and their families is just simply amazing. The overall look over this community is something right of out an old time movie set. It is so fancy looking, really beautiful.
