I couldn't believe the care
reviewed on: 09/06/2019 by Jolene WilliamsI couldn't believe the care and attention I was given by Sandra and Elsie when I was searching for a place for my mom. They walked me through everything holding my hand for support. Wasn't sure if that would carry on once mom was here but the staff and facility are amazing. But more important is that mom is doing well and is happy. BJ and Kyle are so helpful!!
Spring Hills Hunters Creek
reviewed on: 09/15/2015 by William FisherMy wife was a resident from 2011 to 2012. My mother has been a resident since 2012. The facility and amenities are top notch. However, the staff stands out above these. Admin, nursing staff, and support folks go above and beyond each and every day. As a family member I have complete confidence that my mother receives the best possible care.
Review of Spring Hills Hunters Creek
reviewed on: 11/10/2020 by Wendy LichtensteinI cannot say enough positive things about how Spring Hill has performed and taking care of my mother during this horrible pandemic! She will be 99 in January 2021 and is well. She has not gotten ill or in need of any special treatments. When the horrors of seniors dying in facilities by the hundred seem to be everywhere, Spring Hill if implements the right protocols and restrictions that kept everyone safe. Certainly I wanted to see my mother but I am convinced she is alive today because of Spring Hills aggressive, safe action. Everyone on staff has been focused on keeping them safe and it clearly shows by the exceptional results they’ve acheived. And even with the reopening and allowable visitations, they have maintained safe, aggressive protocols that allow me to see my mother while keeping her safe. Give this facility and its staff the most positive recognition it deserves!!!
Great place
reviewed on: 04/24/2019 by Paula BrownSpring Hills was a great place for my mom. The staff was very caring. At meals, there was a menu for residents to order what they wished - and the wonderful servers would have suggestions for what they knew my mom would like when she was stuck in grilled cheese sandwich mode. There were lots of activities each and every day, with outside speakers and performers on a regular basis. The value for what we paid was incredible - before my mom moved to Spring Hills, we had three hours of in-home care daily. It was only 50% more than that to have her at Spring Hills in a wonderful environment that she often compared to being on vacation. My mom was at Spring Hills for over four years - I generally visited a couple times a week and everything was great every time. I wholeheartedly recommend Spring Hills.
