Community Reviews
Easier than I thought.
reviewed on: 11/18/2021 by anonymousWe really like it. They made it very easy to enroll and get Dad set up there. They've been very welcoming. All the staff are very kind, and they treat the residents as though it's their home. I have minor complaints but nothing serious - like sometimes the room isn't as clean as I want it to be. But my dad is very happy there. I thought it would be really hard for him to adjust, and it wasn't. He just loves it there.
Nice looking place
reviewed on: 03/19/2015 by AnonymousI liked it, it seemed like a nice venue . They had a garden there that the residents could tend to. When I asked whether the memory care residents can be with the garden they said that they did allow them to be there. Seemed to be a clean place and the room that she would have been staying in would have been spacious. Had a courtyard type area. Said that the dining area for the memory care wasn't as good as the area for the independent living residents. The staff was generally helpful. The looked like they genuinely cared for the residents. Saw the care that the staff provided for the residents in the dining area and was impressed. The one thing I didn't like was how they weren't up front about the pricing information. They told me one price over the phone and then told me after the assessment for the level of care and told me that it would be $1,200 more for her care.
Review of Spring Hills Hunters Creek
reviewed on: 10/26/2020 by AnonymousI was particularly impressed with how this facility kept its residents safe during the recent covid-19 pandemic. Similar facilities in my state had huge outbreaks and some residents died. Not only did SHHC keep their residents safe, they kept lines of communication open with the families by holding weekly status calls, and set up ways for us to Skype with our loved ones when we could not visit.

Great place
reviewed on: 04/24/2019 by Paula BrownSpring Hills was a great place for my mom. The staff was very caring. At meals, there was a menu for residents to order what they wished - and the wonderful servers would have suggestions for what they knew my mom would like when she was stuck in grilled cheese sandwich mode. There were lots of activities each and every day, with outside speakers and performers on a regular basis. The value for what we paid was incredible - before my mom moved to Spring Hills, we had three hours of in-home care daily. It was only 50% more than that to have her at Spring Hills in a wonderful environment that she often compared to being on vacation. My mom was at Spring Hills for over four years - I generally visited a couple times a week and everything was great every time. I wholeheartedly recommend Spring Hills.
