Review of Spring Hills Hunters Creek

I walked in the door and immediately felt like I was in a warm, friendly comfortable home. I saw smiling staff interacting with residents, residents laughing and enjoying activities. On tour, I noticed clean, cozy spaces for residents to sit. My mom lives there now and she is happy and more active than she has been in years. She loves the food, the staff the activities, and her room has her personal things making it her home. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Thank you for the pictures and commentary. It has been many years since I have seen my Mom so happy and yes, and as healthy as could be expected for a woman of her age and with her health problems. I can not thank you and the staff at Spring Hills enough. God bless and thank you again for caring for my Mom.

The staff at Spring Hills are the best! With the Covid virus going strong, the staff has remained friendly and quick to help with any care concerns. When the virus started the first amenity to be eliminated was the beauty salon. It didn't stay closed long because [name removed], the concierge, what's quick to step in with cutting, washing and styling. [name removed] is a wonderful person to take on this extra work. She made my mother very happy!

Easier than I thought.

We really like it. They made it very easy to enroll and get Dad set up there. They've been very welcoming. All the staff are very kind, and they treat the residents as though it's their home. I have minor complaints but nothing serious - like sometimes the room isn't as clean as I want it to be. But my dad is very happy there. I thought it would be really hard for him to adjust, and it wasn't. He just loves it there.

Nice looking place

I liked it, it seemed like a nice venue . They had a garden there that the residents could tend to. When I asked whether the memory care residents can be with the garden they said that they did allow them to be there. Seemed to be a clean place and the room that she would have been staying in would have been spacious. Had a courtyard type area. Said that the dining area for the memory care wasn't as good as the area for the independent living residents. The staff was generally helpful. The looked like they genuinely cared for the residents. Saw the care that the staff provided for the residents in the dining area and was impressed. The one thing I didn't like was how they weren't up front about the pricing information. They told me one price over the phone and then told me after the assessment for the level of care and told me that it would be $1,200 more for her care.
