We researched many retirement communities throughout the southeast, but our first choice was to remain in Florida if we could find a community that checked most of our boxes. When friends introduced us to Waterman Village and the new Lakeside expansion, we had to see it. We were thoroughly impressed and clearly recognized our search was over. Our deposit is in and we are looking forward to construction completion next year. This is where we want to be.

I've been so impressed with the handling of different crises, such as hurricanes and Covid-19. The professionalism and caring staff is very apparent. They brought gifts to residents as needed.
