Community Reviews
My family loves this place!
reviewed on: 04/21/2017 by ShirleyThis is the best place for my Dad. He loves the food and Chef Deb. Angel in activities has convinced him to participate in activities and that amazes me. If you haven't visited here, ignore the bad reviews and visit so you can see for yourself!
Savannah Court Of Maitland
reviewed on: 07/09/2020 by AnonymousThe community was mostly clean. The staff was very friendly when we were there. The care giving staff seems like they are doing what they can. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, they are a little limited on what they can do for activities.
Happy mom!!
reviewed on: 07/13/2016 by Marine3670My mother is happy and that is what matters most. She enjoys the staff and feels comfortable in her apartment. Her most recent comment to me, "I love it here". Highly recommended by this son.
Should've done it sooner!
reviewed on: 07/06/2016 by NatalieIn 2012, sadly, my husband passed. I then had to take care of the home by myself (boy, did I miss his cooking). However, when it came time to start replacing parts of the house (the AC, the roof, etc.), I decided my life had to change. In 2015 my cousin and I started our research on Assisted Living Facilities; we researched everything in the Orlando area, and realized we needed to narrow our results to 3. Meantime, I became ill and the move became more necessary so I relied on my cousin to visit the communities. When she visited Savannah Court of Maitland she was impressed by the facility and the friendliness of not only the staff, but the residents. Also one of my criteria was to find a place in which I could remain for the rest of my life. My peace of mind was satisfied by the fact that Savannah Cove Skilled Nursing and Rehab was in the same building. The decision was made! Even my first day at Savannah Court was a pleasure as I was called by first name immediately leading to my feeling of being a member of a new family. No more cooking, doing dishes, washing clothes, cleaning up; just living life and having fun - activities, entertainment, transportation, shopping, and refreshments galore. My new family and home are now the best decision of my life. I should have done it sooner!
my cautionary review
reviewed on: 12/15/2020 by Anonymousyou will need to be very vigilant and advocate for your loved one yourself. You need to follow up with management and staff to make sure things are being done correctly and that they do what they say they're going to do. I would not recommend this facility
