Community Reviews
If you are looking for a place like home this is it.
reviewed on: 05/31/2020 by Jacqueline SchotterIt is a standout compared to the other communities that I have seen in the area. I think the food was excellent, just that they had too many french fries need a few other potato options. Room sizes are great. They have outdoor space. The staff is wonderful. Just like a lot of places sometimes clothes get lost when they do the laundry.
Stunning, Clean Place
reviewed on: 10/05/2021 by Roselyn SI had signed the lease and everything but change my mind to move to a different location. But it's the most beautiful place out of all that I've visited. I saw about 4-5 different complexes. The only reason I moved was because I wanted to be with all of my close friends at a different community. The superintendent at The Barrington is the nicest, kindest person I have ever met. He was equal to or better than the guys that I had working for me back when I used to run an assisted living facility.
our Barrington experience.
reviewed on: 07/17/2016 by kathy carter brodyUpon our arrival at The Barrington, I was thrilled with the amount of light that flowed through, which created a natural positive energy. The atrium is a beautiful inviting sight to see, which creates a wonderful focal point. We were invited to stay for lunch, and I was so glad we did, the food was terrific and so was the proud chef who made his way to our table with a warm friendly greeting. I was surprised that the overall feeling was not that of a facility or even just a place to live, The Barrington is a place to begin a wonderful new chapter in ones life. We chose this for our mother and feel very good about our decision, The process was an easy and smooth one made pleasurable with the help and care of Sherrie Bebell, she was both warm and friendly and made our decision an easy one. We are so grateful to have crossed paths with both Sherrie and The Barrington. Cheers to many wonderful years together. Thank you and wishing everyone all the very best in life.
Staff MORE than Willing to HELP
reviewed on: 04/25/2018 by Bob MartinekI was having trouble with my long term insurance company and Amy, the Executive Director and Jamie, the financial manger bent over backwards and went way beyond the call of duty to help me out. I can not thank them enough. The entire staff has been more than nice to me since I moved in at the beginning of the year. I would recommend The Barrington to anyone!
Still Getting Adjusted, But Overall A Good Community
reviewed on: 10/05/2016 by AnonymousI'am still getting all settled into this community. So far everything is going pretty well. This is a good community with kind people. They are treating me very well. The food is good, they serve nice meals. There are nice activities offered. They have a pool, and I really enjoy swimming. It is still a transitional process, but it is a nice community I would recommend.
