Some Updating Needed, but Overall a Nice Community
reviewed on: 07/14/2017 by AnonymousFor the most part my mother seems to be enjoying her time here in this community. It is a nice facility, and I'am pretty satisfied with her move here. I haven't had much interaction with the staff, but the security gentlemen I encountered have been polite, and kind. At the moment they are working on fixing something that is causing a bad odor around the community. I would say the room could use some updating. However she is in good, safe community, and I would recommend it .

The staff was friendly and informative.The only thing was the layout of the community was not quite what we were looking for other than that everything met our expectations of what a community should look like.
Early Stages
reviewed on: 04/21/2020 by JohnMy mom is 76 and very independent, she feels that a lot of the other residents at Elmcroft of Pinecrest are older and need more help then she does at this time. It hard with the shut down due to the virus of a lot of the services to too much more about things.
My tour review
reviewed on: 09/21/2021 by Carol CI did not like this facility as much. It seemed not as good as the facility I went with. It reminded me more of rehab than independent living.
