Better Than What We Had Previously
reviewed on: 05/07/2019 by DavesdadSpring Hills is much better than my mom's prior care facility. The smaller size enables the entire staff, but particularly the management to be more in tune with her needs and to genuinely try to address them. They seem much more stable, consistent, sincere, and honest than what we experienced previously. They could do a little more regarding personalization of meal choices and drawing my mom into activities, but overall I've seen improvements in her physical and emotional health since she moved there 3 months ago. I would definitely and strongly recommend Spring Hills for someone who is not quite mentally independent, but not in need of constant or "traditional" nursing care.
Spring Hills is the best there is!
reviewed on: 02/04/2017 by DianeThe entire staff is always helpful and friendly. They are good listeners. The food is top notch. The common areas are always clean. The maintenance staff is quick to respond. Phone calls have always been returned within 24 hours. It's a great place with great people.
A gem in Lake Mary
reviewed on: 08/25/2020 by Elinor TeskaSpring Hills community was kept very clean, my spouse didn't really need the care services they provided. We were very pleased with this community, we visited 8 or 9 places and this is the one we chose. Our overall gut feeling told us this was the place for him, and we were not disappointed. It was beautifully furnished, the reception and dining room was everything to our liking. The general atmosphere and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend it and would give it 10 gold stars if i could.
My impression of Spring Hill Memory Care
reviewed on: 09/14/2015 by BarbaraSpring Hill has been great. Once I got past the person in billing that was difficult, they have been wonderful. Monica and Fran were amazing and really made the difference for me. Dania keeps me posted on activities and general information. I love that they have fewer memory care patients than most facilities. I know my mom has the attention she needs.
so far 3 out of 5 stars
reviewed on: 08/27/2016 by lindaThe staff has been very welcoming but it has taken some intervention by our family to get my parents into the correct activities. The food is adequate but definitely not gourmet as advertised. It has only been 2 weeks since my parents moved into their apartment - which they do like - so the jury is still out on the final opinion
