Great place
reviewed on: 10/12/2018 by Leana MuchnikI have nothing but good words about this place! My parents have chosen this place after just seeing it once. They are extremely happy after leaving there for 3 month. I visit them twice a week at least and can’t say enough about it, had lunch a few times already and food is great! It’s very clean and it had been renovated!
Did Not Have To Tour Any Other Communities
reviewed on: 10/03/2017 by AnonymousMy sister is doing really good since moving here no comparison to the other place she had been at. She is very active making friends and doing the activities. The food is way better than what she had prior to where she was. The staff is so friendly and nice here very helpful if needed. I would recommend this community.
Overall I'm quite Happy.

I know they are a Independent living community but it is small and she has Dementia. A little less helpful than I though it would have been. I am quite Happy overall with everything else. Worth the value
Windward palms may be an average choice
reviewed on: 12/17/2020 by anonymousWe chose Windward Palms at the time because it was narrowed down to 3 locations and they gave us a deal that if we signed up by end of the week they would waive move in feed. They also had very good amenities that we liked as well. He is in the larger of the 2 studios, they have a huge variety on apartment sizes. I have never eaten here myself, but my father is not a big fan of the food. I would recommend the community, but they would need to the pros and cons. They had an amazing leasing agent but she left a couple of months ago. They do have a roach problem here, they have someone come in once a month to spray and recently more like once a week, I think this is due to the food being delivered to the rooms. They have a very unusual amenity, they have a program where if you sign up and make a request, each one of their properties (they have about 300) has 2 rooms that lets other people from the other properties for 7 days come and stay at no additional cost.
Father is Comfortable Here
reviewed on: 06/29/2017 by AnonymousI'am pleased with my fathers move to this community. He is comfortable, and in good hands. They keep the facility very clean, everything looks great when I visit. The meals are nice, and they have a good variety to choose from. The staff is super friendly. This community is working out well for us, and I would recommend it.
