An Wonderful Tour Of The Facility
reviewed on: 01/31/2017 by AnonymousWe went to tour this community and the staff did well showing us their activities, living areas and room that were available, it went very well. They were professional and ready. i thought that it was an excellent community but it was too huge, my loved ones were looking for a much smaller community.
Great location, nice people
reviewed on: 02/01/2021 by anonymousMy grandma had stayed here before it was Bear Creek and that is why we chose it for my friend. The only complaint that I do have is I was on the phone with my friend, he was having heart pains and when I was talking to him on the phone, I could hear a staff member was at the door screaming and yelling at him. Other that incident, we were happy with the faciliy. The administrator here was very nice and helpful.
Definitely recommend
reviewed on: 10/05/2021 by SusanWe chose Bear Creek because we were were not happy with his previous facility. It is very friendly, when you walk in the people are always in a group doing things, not just sitting by themselves. They are very active and always doing something. It is very easy for him to make friends here and he is very happy. I would definitely recommend them.

reviewed on: 01/15/2014 by Sam and Karron AlcornWe found the facility to be very, very nice. The Director, Kelly came to our table and talked at length about what they offer and how to go about getting what we need. We met with the personal and did not find one person who was not totally committed to their jobs and the health and welfare of their residence. It is a very modern, clean, and the staff are very helpful in seeing you get what you need. There is always things not quite right in all organizations and will probably find some here, but as of the first weeks of being there it is a God's send for the help and info that we received and all the help we received with insurance. They took care of most all things.
