Community Reviews
I would suggest doing a little more research before moving into this community.
reviewed on: 06/30/2016 by AnonymousWe have had a few issues since my dad moved into this community. There was an issue with him not receiving his medication correctly. We have also had some issues with billing. I have not yet had a chance to interact with the staff but my dad does not say a lot about them. The food is satisfactory.
my experience with brookdale
reviewed on: 11/24/2020 by Sherylethe facility is nice. I signed up for a promo and we never got to move in and we did not receive a refund. the facility was well kept and clean and we really liked the facility. I don't know if I would recommend this facility due to the financial issue.
Calming and serene
reviewed on: 07/09/2014 by BeverlyI think it’s very worthwhile. Most people seem to like the food. It’s a very lovely facility. There are a couple of buildings and they are very attractive, kind of calming and serene. There are paths and outside areas with rabbits and flowers.
Not my favorite...
reviewed on: 05/31/2017 by AnonymousWhen we walked into Brookdale Aurora, like the other Brookdale's, I knew it was not what we were looking for. I can not explain it, but I did not feel comfortable there. It would not have been a good fit for my mother in law.
Great Aura
reviewed on: 01/26/2016 by AnonymousInitially we thought this could work out for us and we were wrong. My mother and I liked it but she decided to go to another facility. For other people though I would recommend.
