reviewed on: 12/25/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerWe visited Creekside on Jefferson. It was a very enjoyable visit. The grounds and facility was warm and welcoming. Staff was welcoming, but seemed limited. Probably smaller with more limited resources than we want for Mother. Off our list.
Horrible
reviewed on: 08/12/2018 by AnonymousI would like to give this zero stars but that is not an option. My family member was living here and became extremely ill - we later learned as a result of multiple strokes. Because this family member left a mess in the bathroom (during the throes of a stroke), the management team kicked him out. In fact, as the ambulance was wheeling him out on a stretcher, management asked me, ”What about his things. Aren’t you taking them?” I was stunned. And management told me, ”He was messy. He cannot stay here.” Other residents ate the food my family brought while he slept and his room had a door jam where a dog had eaten it so that a six inch hole was literally open to the outside elements. Bugs were coming through it while the ambulance was loading him onto the gurney. I could not make this stuff up. Horrible place and zero compassion for residents.
