Community Reviews
My dad is happy there
reviewed on: 10/21/2021 by BettyWhen we were first allowed to tour the first impression right off the bat was that its very clean and no fowl smells. The majority of the staff we have encountered we have had good luck with. We built a really good rapport with the marketing lady we met with, and our loved one is now starting to participate in the exercises classes and bingo now that the activities are coming back.
Lovely Place For Mom
reviewed on: 02/03/2017 by Melanie MartinI would have given all 5 Stars except the facility needs to be updated ie, carpets, bathrooms, windows (single pane?). I believe they are in the process of updating the facility, but unsure when/how it will take place with residents there.. Also, there should be better security measures for who enters the facility. No one is monitoring the front door - anyone can walk in. Love the staff - very caring and helpful.. Meals are healthy and well-prepared. Medication distribution is meticulous - as it should be. Administration keeps us well-informed of any issues. Like the fact that we had the option of a shared room or private room. This is not a "hospital-feel" facility that you encounter often when you enter an Assisted Living Facility. Feel fortunate that we found Hospitality House when we did and they worked with us to get her in within a short period of time.
a great place for my loved one

reviewed on: 07/29/2013 by A Place For Mom CustomerVery neat and clean manager did tour showed us everything spoke to some patients, really felt comfortable answered all questions. Staff seemed attentive. Placed deposit did not want to lose this one. Willing to work with us until benefits were in place.
The staff at this community nice, attentive, caring and easy to work with.
reviewed on: 01/17/2017 by AnonymousMom seemed to like the food, however they did not offer a variety of choices. They do offer some activities. The community is clean but I do think they could use some updating such as new carpeting. The rooms are small and since mom and her roommate were in wheelchairs they had trouble navigating around the room. Mom did say it was cold in there and the residents seemed a little more disabled than her. I think this community is worth taking a look at.
