Community Reviews
The staff at this community nice, attentive, caring and easy to work with.
reviewed on: 01/17/2017 by AnonymousMom seemed to like the food, however they did not offer a variety of choices. They do offer some activities. The community is clean but I do think they could use some updating such as new carpeting. The rooms are small and since mom and her roommate were in wheelchairs they had trouble navigating around the room. Mom did say it was cold in there and the residents seemed a little more disabled than her. I think this community is worth taking a look at.
Supportive Caring Care Home
reviewed on: 12/16/2016 by AnonymousMy father is being cared for very well here at this care home. Everything is working out very well, and I'am pleased with his move to this care home. It has been a transition process, but I will say he is adjusting well to the community. They have a very supportive, caring staff at this community. He is pleased with food, the serve nice meals. It is really a good comfortable fit for my father and his needs.
My dad is happy there
reviewed on: 10/21/2021 by BettyWhen we were first allowed to tour the first impression right off the bat was that its very clean and no fowl smells. The majority of the staff we have encountered we have had good luck with. We built a really good rapport with the marketing lady we met with, and our loved one is now starting to participate in the exercises classes and bingo now that the activities are coming back.
Mom's new home
reviewed on: 10/02/2013 by Debbie SWhen entering facility it was very neat and clean. Visiting area and dining area very roomy. Rooms are private and cozy. After several visits and meeting some staff and patients it truly is a family. Patients seem relaxed including my mother, she was nervous at first but she has settled in well. I visit regularly and enjoy talking and playing games with all. Food is fairly descent. Don't be scared, knowledge is power, when you see different levels of patients it should not discourage you everyone needs help. Be open, ask questions and visit often at different times this will give you a good idea of how the facility runs.
