Studio apts was just the right size. No kitchette in the Living Assistance room though, but for the price was adequate. Could see my mom live in the small studio. Close by that I could see her. Alot of activities which is good

reviewed on: 02/26/2014 by KimMy mother was diagnosed with vascular dementia last year and after having in home health care, we decided to move her to an assisted living facility to increase her activities. I spent the first 4 days and nights with her (they were very nice for letting me stay for so many days in a row). I thought everyone was very helpful and patient with my mother and knowledgeable on how to handle her moments of confusion. When I called to have something fixed in her room, they were quick to come and very friendly and helpful. The activities were good but I found out quickly that my mother didn't have the ability to concentrate as well as some of the other residents, so it was difficult for her to be involved in some of the activities. Unfortunately, we also decided that my mom was more advanced in her dementia and would be better suited in a retirement home with less residents so she could get more ongoing care. But for residents with physical limitations, this is a great place and they have great staff working to try and make the experience the best it could be. I would like to go there once I need to move!!

reviewed on: 11/12/2020 by Julia MieleWe chose Regency Park because of the quality of the facility, the programming that they offered, and the price. They also have lots of activities going on when there are no COVID restrictions. I have eaten here and the food is good, they have a standard menu and then you can order special things if do not like what is being served. The best part about Regency Park so far has been their efforts to integrate the residents into a community.

Tiny exercise room washer and dryer per floor. Near fire dept--noisy. quite on North and West Little outside ground 86 Assisted units 2900-4700 3 meals day separate charge for each service. 500 down then month to month 25 Memory Care 3 meals a day no charge additional services. Near Gold Line FOR elegant-NO MEMORY CARE transfer to RPA OR RO more amenities more activities and larger exercise room 130 units Independent Assisted the same 3 meals a day 3500-8900. First and last month rent then month to month. No individual bath tubs. Community tubs and kitchens 2 sets of washers and dryer per floor Pay for additional services. On busy noisy street. Little outdoor space. RO Assisted and Memory Care only
