Kind and caring care staff
reviewed on: 07/01/2020 by AnonymousI chose this community because medication management was included. Also, I liked the environment because it is a historical building. It has a big yard with a lot of fruit trees and flowers. The caregivers are excellent and very caring. They really like my loved one and they take good care of my loved one. The only issue I have had is in the change over of executive staff which caused additional turnover and affected the staffs and residents stability.

When we were able to visit the community it was clean, and the staff is very sweet and caring. The nurse there is great, she always responds back to us in a timely manner and the administration is fantastic.
Lack of care period.
reviewed on: 01/20/2021 by AnonymousThey are listed as a memory care facility but they do not lock down the community. our loved one was able to leave the community without the community knowing. I would not recommend this community to others. This community was not up to par and they keep saying they are just understaffed. When we moved her out not a single staff member said anything to us.
