Offers many different kinds of activities for residents. Plus events with family. Management staff follows regulations and takes the times to help residents.

reviewed on: 11/18/2020 by LulubelleAfter my father passed away my family and I wanted to move my mom closer to all of us . She was unable to live alone and in home care wasn’t an affordable option . I didn’t know where to begin my search so I was referred to a placement company called “Care Patrol” which helps families find the facility that best suits a persons needs . We looked at several assisted living facilities but when we requested an active senior living facility Brightwater Senior living was recommended to us and after taking a tour of Brightwater I instantly knew we had found my moms new home . Brightwater takes a personal interest in each and every resident from their medical care to personal care , comfort and entertainment. There are A wide variety of activities for social interaction. And the rooms are comfortable and private. The staff is friendly and treat the residents like family . I would recommend Brightwater Senior Living of Highland to anyone who has a loved one who needs 24 hour care . Mom is extremely happy .

The food is fine and they offer a good variety. They have a pretty good amount of activities for my parents to participate in when they are ready.

Still adjusting parents and facility
reviewed on: 09/08/2016 by daughterThe facility and parents are still adjusting. Only been one week today. The staff are so nice and caring. I don't feel really comfortable evaluating so soon. I would really like to make a true evaluation after my parents have been there a couple of months. There really has not been enough time to figure out exactly how much care my parents really need and if Bright Water is eventually going to meet all their needs.
