Small facility - not much activities
reviewed on: 01/11/2018 by AnonymousWhile looking into other facilities we were told that the meals were not included in the price we were quoted. They didn’t have many services on site compared to another facility we went with and they also did not have many activities. It is also a smaller property.
Moms experience
reviewed on: 10/17/2017 by Sally ButlerMy Mom lived here for almost 2 years. She spent a year in the Villa independent living and the rest of her life in the Garden Court assisted living. I will say that this is not the fanciest place in town, but the apartments are clean and spacious. By far the best thing about Westchester is the staff. They are loving and dedicated to the people they care for. I cannot thank them enough for their care.
Seeing That It Was Not Going To Work
reviewed on: 06/02/2017 by AnonymousI liked the tour we had. The representative was professional with us and they were ready to show us the community. The apartment was more nice looking that was better for a handicap person. The dining arrangement had everyone sit together at the same time. My dad wanted more flexibility. I felt I got all the answers to ensure I was getting familiar with the community.
Rushed parent relocation
reviewed on: 05/19/2020 by Daniel ClawsonWestchester has been extremely helpful in this unpredictable time. They helped with scheduling my mother in law's move-in when none of her kids could get there because of the pandemic. They have assisted with many small tasks that we could not complete remotely.
