Community Reviews
Best place for my parents!
reviewed on: 09/18/2015 by AmandaWEWe moved my parents here in July and couldn't be happier. The nursing staff are great and very attentive. My parents are frequent users of the pendant call and the staff are always speedy when responding and very friendly. Highly recommend when looking for a loved one!
Most of the staff is helpful and concerned
reviewed on: 10/06/2015 by AnonymousI think their meals are very good. Most of the staff is very helpful and concerned. Some of the staff could improve. I think the residents could have some additional activities for the residents that cannot get out. This would help the residents that have less mobility and independence.
I would recommend them, I was impressed
reviewed on: 04/29/2021 by anonymousWe chose Elmcroft because we went and visited and it was very clean, the price was better than what we had seen at some others places, and the staff seemed to be really nice. It is a pleasant atmosphere and administration was helpful. The room sizes here were sufficient for what my dad needed, he had his own bedroom but a shared den area. There was not a lot of communication unless it had to do with covid. It was going to start out being a really good experience, but covid came the day I dropped my dad off so it was not normal operations.
A Very Accommodating Community
reviewed on: 07/14/2017 by AnonymousIt is well for my sister-in-law and it took some time to settle in but now she likes it there. They have good service and good care. the staff are really nice and she likes not having to manage her medication, they remind her and help her. She has made some friends and the staff go out of their way, sometime they will wash her hair too. She likes care and the food too. It has been so much nicer at this community.
Love the memory care!
reviewed on: 10/11/2015 by ShirleyWe moved our Dad into the memory care in February and couldn't be more pleased with Elmcroft. The one on one attention he gets, the care and cost can't be compared with. Dad will have many great memories here.
