A caring place for your loved one
reviewed on: 02/19/2015 by LeanneMy mom is a resident at The Crossings and I couldn't have found a better place for her to live. Every single person in there has been caring, kind, accommodating and loving. She loves it there, loves the residents and the staff. I have piece of mind knowing she's being well-taken care of day and night. The facility is clean, beautifully decorated and managed well. I am thrilled to have my mom there!
Great place
reviewed on: 03/02/2015 by BeverlyWe have been extremely pleased with the care my father-in-law has received. They are very patient and deal with his confusion and agitation with calm redirection and distraction. Dealing with Alzheimer's can be very frustrating for family members, but allowing someone else to provide his care we can now be his family again. They have an amazing staff an a very spacious locked unit. When we leave him, we know he is safe.
excellent affordable care for your loved one
reviewed on: 02/18/2021 by TanyaThe community went above and beyond to take care of our loved ones. The community had a good covid plan and did an amazing job keeping the residence safe. I would definitely recommend this community to others
Our tour experience
reviewed on: 10/18/2021 by Brian WOur family had an in person tour and everything was good, we really liked the way the community was set up but the only difference was the price which is why we went with another community.
Our Tour Experience
reviewed on: 08/19/2021 by CarrieI liked that Wickshire Steele Creek was close to where I lived. But it looked really small on the virtual tour, and then in person it was just teeny tiny. I was also concerned that they had wood floors instead of carpeting, which could be an issue if our loved one fell. But the Executive Director was very accommodating. And I liked that it was a smaller community. But the rooms were too small, with just enough room for the bed and a very small dresser.
