Not as Warm as Expected
reviewed on: 02/23/2021 by LizzyIt isn't what I expected. I didn't have a good experience at Atria Lutz. We had a short experience at the community. The pandemic may have made the experience worse. My loved one was having a difficult time with their medical conditions. This caused stress on myself.

Lovely Quiet Environment
reviewed on: 08/22/2017 by AnonymousBrookdale Lutz is really a lovely community. It is surrounded by trees in a wooded neighborhood. It is a smaller laid-back quiet environment. My mother in law she really likes the food. They do not offer a lot for people who eat a strictly vegan diet. So far she has participated in some of the activities that they offer, and she is going to attend an exercise class tomorrow. They do provide transportation for excursions out and about which she has also engaged in. We thought it was a nice touch when they appointed her an ambassador to help her become more familiar with her surrounding and what was available to her. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

They all take their jobs seriously especially during the Covid-19 pandemic and have gone above and beyond my expectations. The care is spectacular and in my opinion, my mother is getting an awful lot for her money. As far as activities, they always have something going on. Even during the pandemic, they have been hosting socially distanced bingo every day. We think Atria Lutz is worth the price given the high level of care.

The room that we were offer was more then what we could afford. We would recommend this community to tour for the care of a loved one for care. This is a community that is costly.
